As part of her service for listing clients, Nancy Wiggins develops marketing material such as property brochures and print advertising to be placed in local, national, publications. She also updates listers regularly on prospect lists, as well as the response generated by marketing efforts. On behalf of any client, the firm is willing to take an active and professionally appropriate role in contract negotiations upon request.
